		<description>That&#039;s a very good point, and a perspective I hadn&#039;t thought about before. My feeling is that they&#039;ve just grown to the point that they can no longer stay atop everything that&#039;s going on. So I can&#039;t blame them for growing, I just wish they would scale the customer service as quickly as they are scaling up the hardware.

Things seem to have stabilized, so I&#039;m hoping the issues they were seeing have improved. I&#039;ll just have to wait and see.</description>

On a related note, I&#039;ve been hosting with McGooHQ/AussieHQ for quite some time now and haven&#039;t had any issues. I am always notified of any downtime in advance too, which is nice.
